Dr. SHI Qingxin holds a PhD in Department of Informatics, Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. The PhD project was “Cross-cultural usability evaluation methods”. It involved three countries, Denmark, India and China. She worked with several usability consulting companies for the PhD project from 2006 to 2009.
She has 8 years in Usability research. The projects she has done include websites, software, mobile phones and products for many famous companies, such as Walmart, SAP, Amazon, Huawei, Novo Nordisk, Shopbop, Texas Instrument, Piaget, Bentley, Lenovo, Siemens, and Motorola.
Qingxin is familiar with several usability evaluation methods, such as usability testing, interview, workshop, survey and field study. She can do both qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Researcher of GfK User Experience

Na Mi received her Masters degree in Dept. of Industrial and System Engineering, with a focus on Human Factors Engineering, at Virginia Tech, US. With the same research focus, she continues to be a PhD candidate currently. Meanwhile, she is a Usability specialist of User Experience Ltd. Since May, 2011, now become GfK User Experience team since Oct. 2011. 
 Na has 3 years experience in usability and UX research.  Projects she has taken responsibilities of involve brands, such as Toshiba, Walmart, Texas Instrument, Bentley, Starwood call center, Shopbop, Nuance, Booking.com and many other domestic and foreign companies.
Research methods (qualitative or quantitative) include: usability testing, in-depth interview, participatory design workshop, survey/questionnaire and field study/on-site observation, content analysis and stat analysis (SAS, SPSS)

 

 

Botao Yuan provides technical support for GfK UE team. He is familiar with the setting of software and the construction of the platform, and is mainly responsible for the preparation of equipment and the video generation at the late stage. He has participated in many domestic and foreign usability researches for website, mobile phone and other hardware devices.

The software and hardware involved include: devices and software for video observation and recording, RSS software, video generation software, and panoramic monitoring equipment.
