User Experience offers a 160-square-meter (1700-square-foot) facility including:
• Two fully-equipped usability testing labs
• Two observation rooms
• Waiting area for participants
• Focus group labs
• Professional simultaneous translation during sessions

Purpose-built Facilities

User Experience's facilities were built and designed for user testing. Participants interact with products and websites in our comfortable test rooms while clients are able to watch sessions from large observation rooms with one-way mirrors and LCD monitors.

• Specialized cameras for testing handheld devices, paper documents, and physical products
